What's Available
Gluten-free tortillas for burritos and quesadillas
Every burrito and quesadilla on our menu can be made with a gluten-free tortilla in place of the standard flour tortilla — chicken, pulled pork, buffalo chicken, beef, steak, shrimp, surf & turf, quesabirria, and the tofu or veggies versions.
Our Mexican tacos and most of our globally inspired tacos are built on corn tortillas. A few — the Korean and Chinese tacos — are served in a bao bun, which contains wheat. Breaded and battered items such as the beer-battered fish taco, coconut shrimp, yuca balls and calamari are not gluten-free.

Does The Taco 105 have gluten-free tortilla options?
Yes. Gluten-free tortillas are available for our burritos and quesadillas in place of the standard flour tortilla. Most of our tacos are served on corn tortillas — a few, such as the Korean and Chinese tacos, are served in a bao bun, which is not gluten-free.

Burritos and quesadillas with a gluten-free tortilla, and corn-tortilla tacos such as the Mexican chicken, beef, veggies, shrimp, pulled pork, al pastor, carne asada and birria tacos. Some items are breaded, battered or served in a bun, so ask our team before ordering.
Do you have gluten-free vegan options?
Our vegan tacos — Coconut Curry Cauliflower, Tofu, Mush-Vegan and Plant-Vegan — are served on corn tortillas. Vegan and gluten-free are separate needs, so tell our staff both when you order.
Can you accommodate gluten-free guests at a catered event?
Yes, we can plan gluten-free tortilla options into a catering order. Note the requirement on the catering inquiry form. The same cross-contact notice applies to catered food.
